1. Definitions

2. Use and Description of the Website

• The Website is a wireframing tool. It offers pre-built templates to the users. Additionally, the users can design a template according to their specifications and business requirements. In certain circumstances, the Company can make available the templates customised and created by users with the other users. It offers a wide range of widgets, including graphs, KPI cards, tables, and many more to use and edit the wireframes. It allows users to structure their data in the form of wireframes by using various elements inside the Website like graphs, charts, tables, etc.
• The ownership of the design, layout, structure, and elements of the templates vests solely with the Company. Templates are intended for personal or non-commercial use only and shall not be used for commercial purposes. To utilize our templates for commercial purposes, we recommend purchasing the pro-license.
• The Company also provides development services as a cross-sell service within our Website, providing Users with the next step in building and implementing their wireframes. This service connects Users with Company developers who can assist in bringing their wireframes to life in tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. Users may submit their development requirements through the Website. The Company shall provide a fee quotation based on the requirements submitted by the User. The provision of this service and the interaction with the Company shall be governed by separate terms and conditions, which will be communicated to the User upon request for this service.
• The aforementioned services shall be collectively referred to as “Services”.

3. Information Collected

This Policy applies to the Personal Data provided by the User and any other data that the User provides for accessing or availing the Services, as specified in Clause 5, through the usage of our Website.

4. Consent

By using the Website, providing us with your Personal Data, or by making use of the features provided by the Website, you hereby provide your consent to the collection, storage, processing, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that you are providing your Personal Data out of your free will directly to the Company. You have the option to not provide us with the Personal Data sought to be collected. The collection of Personal Data also enables the user to create an account and use the Website more efficiently by saving the templates / designs / projects created by you. For instance, if you connect to or log in to the Services via a third party, the third party might give the Company information on how you use its service. This data could consist of, but not be limited to, the user ID linked to your account, an access token required to use that service, any details you’ve given the third party permission to share with us, and any details you’ve made public in relation to that service.
• In order to obtain and combine this information with information that you give to us or other information that we gather when you use our Services, we could disclose your email address or other information. In order to give personalised offers and other services to you, such as serving pertinent offers to you by email, chatbots, phone, or personalised advertising, we use this information to better understand your profile and interests.

By changing your preferences on the third-party service, you can easily unlink your account from the Website. We receive the designs, photos, documents, videos, and metadata related to your content that you upload for use on the Website and that you produce within your account there.

14. Limitation of Liability in Relation to the User’s Employer

In the event the user accesses or avails the Services through their employer’s or organisational email addresses, the user acknowledges and agrees that the Company may share your email, name and other information shared by the user. The Company shall not be liable in the event the user shares any information of his employer / organisation that is against the privacy policy and confidentiality obligations of the employer / organisation.

15. Disclaimer

• We make no claims or guarantees, either stated or implied, regarding the accuracy, sufficiency, legality, reliability, availability, or completeness of the Content available on our Website.
• We shall not be held accountable for any losses, damages, cost or other liabilities whatsoever arising with the use of the Website through any third party, connection failure, the introduction of any broadcast while operating the Website, error, any unauthorised virus, worm, or damaging component or issues in your system leading to possible damage or loss.
• We shall not be held liable for any exceptional, overall, indirect, direct or significant damages that may have risen from the use or inability to use the Website.
• Each account is intended for use by a single User only. Sharing of accounts is expressly prohibited. Each User must have their own unique account. If we detect or reasonably suspects that an account is being accessed by multiple individuals, we reserve the right to:

If the user wishes to discontinue using our website, then they can deactivate their account from the Website directly.
